Vector is best — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send it anyway and we will tell you what we can do with it.
Yes. Nothing goes to production without your approval of a digital proof showing placement, size and colour.
Colour accuracy depends on the method. Spot processes hold a specified colour closely; full-colour processes such as UV and DTG get close but are not exact; engraving takes the material's own colour rather than your brand's. Send your brand colours with the artwork and we will tell you what to expect on your product.
