These Terms govern your use of giftboxes.store (the “Service”) operated by GiftBoxes LLC, a company registered in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“GiftBoxes”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Orders & payment
All prices are listed in AED and include VAT where applicable. Quote-based products are priced individually via the quote request flow. Orders are confirmed once payment is captured (Stripe) or a purchase order is approved (B2B net terms).
We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe, manual bank transfer, and approved B2B net-term invoicing. Card data is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
2. Custom & configurator orders
Configurator-built items (lanyards, hampers, apparel, drinkware, tech, trophies, printing) are produced to order. Once production starts — typically 2–5 business days after order confirmation — orders cannot be cancelled or modified. We’ll send a free same-day artwork proof; production starts only after you approve it in writing.
3. Shipping & delivery
Shipping options and lead times are listed on the Delivery page. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. We’re responsible for damage in transit if reported within 24 hours of receipt with photos.
4. Returns & refunds
Custom-printed and personalised items are non-returnable except where defective. Stocked, ready-made items can be returned within 7 days in original condition. See the Returns section on /delivery for the full policy.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of artwork, logos, and brand assets you upload for printing. You grant GiftBoxes a non-exclusive, time-limited license to reproduce them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We won’t use your assets for any other purpose or share them with third parties.
All content on giftboxes.store — designs, photography, copy, the configurator engine — is the property of GiftBoxes LLC unless otherwise noted. The Concept 06 storefront design and the configurator engine are not licensed for reuse.
6. Acceptable use
You may not upload artwork or place orders for items that infringe third-party IP, contain hate speech, depict explicit content, or violate UAE law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund for the prepaid amount.
7. Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or are dormant for 24+ months.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost profits, missed events, brand reputation, etc.
9. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Significant changes will be flagged on the homepage and emailed to registered customers.
