Returns
Branded, printed, and personalised items are not returnable unless they arrive defective. Stocked hampers and ready-made items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition. We’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Defects, damage in transit, or wrong items shipped — get in touch via /contact within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange replacement at no charge.

Where do you deliver?
Across the UAE (every emirate) and the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait). Worldwide shipping is available on request via the RFQ form.
How long does delivery take?
UAE Standard: 2–3 business days from dispatch. UAE Express: next business day on orders confirmed before 12:00 GST. GCC Standard: 5–7 business days depending on customs clearance.
How much does shipping cost?
UAE Standard is AED 25 per order. UAE Express is AED 60. GCC Standard is AED 80. International rates are quoted per shipment based on weight and destination.
Do you ship the same day?
Yes for UAE Express on stocked items. Configurator orders need a production lead time first — typically 2–5 business days for branded products before shipping starts.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once dispatched, we email a tracking link. You can also see live status in /account/orders if you have an account, with a 4-step timeline (Placed → Paid → Shipped → Delivered).
What about returns?
Custom-printed and personalised items are non-returnable except where defective. Stocked hampers can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition; refund processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
